Search the Archive

Carnegie Museum of Art houses the complete archive of Teenie Harris’s work. As of October 2011, 73,800 negatives had been cataloged, 57,760 had been scanned and all records made available through Carnegie Museum of Art’s online collection search. When using the collection search, be sure to click the box for the “Charles ‘Teenie’ Harris Archive collection” under Search Options.

A new online search with enhanced functionality and content, including first-person narratives on Harris’s images, will be available in 2013.
